Ancaster Lions Club

The oldest service club in the community, formed in 1945.

Ancaster Lions Club is a nondenominational, fully inclusive, volunteer organization of men and women, who have joined together to discover great fellowship, to develop leadership skills, and to serve the community.

Ancaster Lions club meets bi-weekly on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month at the historic Ancaster Town Hall

Club members participate in such events as Ancaster Heritage Days, the Ancaster Community Services Food Drive, events at Westfield Heritage Village, and at two large craft fairs at Merritt hall, organized and run by the club.

Proceeds raised go directly to support the local community through various organizations.

Ancaster Lions also lend support to Lions Club International and their broad reaching initiatives such as Dog Guides, Sight First, and Lions Disaster Preparedness and Relief.
